How production works
Our products may be made through international manufacturing and fulfilment partners. We do not describe external manufacturing infrastructure as part of our British identity, and we do not claim that a product is made in Britain unless that statement is accurate.
What we look for
We consider specification, material selection, construction, finish, sizing, packaging, fulfilment and consistency. We work with external partners to produce to the specifications we set for each product.
Product origin
Where country-of-origin or manufacturing information is required to be disclosed, we aim to provide it accurately through the appropriate product, label, packaging or order information.
Continuous improvement
Our supply pipeline will evolve as the brand grows. We aim to improve quality control, documentation, responsible sourcing and operational visibility over time rather than make claims we cannot substantiate.
