Who may order
Calton Brown sells menswear and related lifestyle products. We do not offer age restricted goods. We ask that orders are placed by adults aged 18 or over, or by a parent or guardian on a young person’s behalf. You must also have the legal capacity to enter a purchase in the country where you live. Where local law requires a parent, guardian or other authorised person to consent to an online purchase, that requirement applies.
Children and personal information
Our website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information for marketing. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us at info@caltonbrown.com and we will delete it. See our Privacy Policy.
Where the website can be used and where we deliver
The website can be viewed from most places, but we deliver only to the countries listed in our Shipping Policy. We do not sell or deliver anywhere that would breach sanctions, export controls or other laws that apply to us.
Checks we may make
To verify an order, prevent fraud or comply with the law, we may ask you to confirm your identity, your payment details or your delivery address. We may hold an order until you do.
